What if I don’t know how to do an exercise from the text or email?Simply reply to text or email and within 30min during work hours 7am through 3pm MST Monday through Friday you get a short how to video. After hours, get how to video at start of next business day.

What if I have a question about workouts?Simply reply to text or email and within 60min during work hours 7am through 3pm MST Monday through Friday you get a response. After hours, get a response at the start of next business day.

What if I want to put my workouts on hold?You are able to put your workouts on hold from 1 week and up to 16 weeks. Simply reply through text or email and you get a response within 60min during work hours 7am through 3pm MST Monday through Friday “ON HOLD”. After hours get a response at the start of next business day.

What if the weights are to easy or heavy?Simply reply to text or email and you will get adjusted weights at the start of next business day and for the following week workouts.

What if I want to cancel my agreement early?Simply reply through text or email and you will pay a $50 early termination fee.

What if I want to continue after my agreement is done?Simply reply to text or email and you will have the option to continue week to week until you reply stop.
